Senior Manager of Operations

A company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager to support leadership in business operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives Collaborate with COO teams to support Customer Success Management and related programs Lead preparation of content for high-stakes meetings and partner on Customer Success metrics Required Qualifications 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders (VPs) Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Experience in Strategy & Analytics or Customer Success roles is preferred Familiarity with Salesforce products and tools is advantageous
