Support executive and management team as necessary.Essential Duties:Quality assurance i.e. input data for QA report, quality checks of files, etc.Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveriesClerical support - email, scan, fax, filingFiling supply orders for managersMaintaining and balancing office budgetsMaintain inventoryHR Support as neededManage job postings in UKG Ulti-Pro as neededManage and maintain Office inventory & suppliesExecutive support as neededDistribute building support materials as necessaryMaintain office equipment. Schedule service, as necessary.Monitor office alarm reports, if applicableCoordinate and assist warehouse deliveries, if applicableCoordinate repair issues with Property Manager, if applicableQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
