Marketing Manager 1 - 17366Duration: 6+ MonthsLocation: Englewood Cliffs, NJSchedule: Fully onsite**NO C2C due to client restrictions**Top Skills: Amazon Business ManagementB2B Channel MarketingBudget and ROI optimizationOur client is seeking a strong Marketing Manager to lead partner communication and joint marketing initiatives with our client's distribution and select reseller partners, with a strong focus on Amazon Business in the U.S. This role will oversee end-to-end partner marketing, from strategic planning and campaign execution to ROI analysis, while collaborating cross-functionally to align with broader business objectives.In close partnership with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in developing and implementing channel marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement, drive demand generation, and accelerate revenue growth. As a core member of the marketing team, you will work closely with business partners and external agencies to manage channel marketing execution and co-marketing program development.The ideal candidate will:Have experience in B2B “traditional” channel route to market, programs, and an indirect sales modelDemonstrate expertise in Amazon Business, including launching new ASINs, optimizing product portfolios, and managing impactful media investment strategies.Has a proven track record in developing and executing channel communications strategies, managing channel programs, and overseeing partner portalPossess strong entrepreneurial skills with excellent business judgment, problem solving abilities and relationship-building strengthsThrive in a fast-paced & matrixed environmentThink outside of the box to creatively address challengesRoles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an annual channel marketing calendar that supports the with the overarching Channel Marketing strategy, promoting new launches and priority products, while supporting individual partner sales targetsOwn partner facing communications for product launches, vertical campaigns, promotions, events, and company news. This may be in the form of a banner placement, newsletter, email, social post, or partner-facing webinarsBuild one-on-one relationships with distribution partners and the select channel reseller marketing leads to co-create individual marketing plans that support their growth targetsDevelop budget and tactical guidance for all partners before each quarter and product launchEvaluate campaign performance and optimize investments based on ROI and pipeline impactCreate a standardized ROI reporting framework for Distribution partners that clearly demonstrates how a generated lead led to salePresent quarterly business reviews and recommendations to leadership teams that includes to-channel communication metrics, MDF spend ROI, and partner portal metrics and KPIs.Collaborate closely with the broader Integrated Marketing teamManage ongoing relationships and contract renewals with third-party vendor solutions (e.g., VIR, MDF, SPIF, partner website automation).Design or improve upon processes for channel sales, legal, security, product marketing, product management, finance, and our esteemed partners to ensure seamless experiencesManage and optimize our client’s presence on Amazon Business by: Creating and setting up new ASINs, conducting PDP audits, optimizations, and updates, manage an external agency to lead the Amazon media strategy through weekly performance reviews, monitoring campaign performance, and alignment with revenue goalsRequired Skills and Experience:A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relatable experience in Channel or B2B marketingProven experience managing product portfolios on Amazon Business.Experience managing indirect teams, including agency oversightBackground in account management, training, product marketing, and project managementFamiliarity with marketing and sales channels within high-tech product technology industryComfortable working in a dynamic fast paced industry and matrixed organization with multiple stakeholdersAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skillsMust possess a strong articulate communication style, both written (including PowerPoint presentations) and verbal skillsThe ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames
