Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator - EPM/ERP

The Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator works on Velera’s Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM and ERP systems, ensuring reliable finance data pipelines, performance optimization, and statutory reporting. ResponsibilitiesConfigure backend scripts in Oracle EPM (EPBCS) to ingest, normalize, and transform financial and statistical datasets from upstream source systems. Create dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata in EDMCS and load transaction and metadata data within Oracle Fusion to enable downstream analytics. Design modern business rules and calculation scripts for reporting cubes within EPM (EPBCS). Design accurate planning and forecasting forms and assign business rules and calculation scripts in EPM (EPBCS). Build and implement robust integration processes using Oracle Integration Cloud between upstream and downstream applications for accounting and finance reporting. Support EDMCS‑to‑EPM & ERP integration, ensuring master data/metadata synchronization across environments. Set up job schedules and monitor the process, ensuring automated job status notifications to stakeholders. Design and build financial and statistical reports, including automated distribution or bursting to assigned end‑users. Conduct performance optimization on production and non‑production applications. Deploy application cloning and/or migration of backend artifacts between test and production systems. Set up security access and ensure end‑users are assigned to the proper security groups. Configure and support ERP financial modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects), including job scheduling, data maps, and close‑cycle runbooks. Develop and maintain Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher reports, including dataset design, parameterization, scheduling, and operational support. Perform quarterly and monthly maintenance activities, coordinating data patches/updates and documenting impacts to integrations and reporting. Document operational runbooks and recurring procedures; execute cross‑training and deliver end‑user training on data availability, retrieval methods, and new capabilities. Perform additional technical and functional responsibilities as assigned to support Oracle Fusion platform operations and finance reporting objectives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business (Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field) required; degree in information systems or technology preferred. Certification in Oracle Fusion EPM (EPBCS) preferred. Eight (8) years’ experience in financial systems and technology, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience with Oracle Fusion applications (EPM and ERP), including EDMCS and OIC. Expertise in Oracle EPM preferred. Experience with Groovy scripting or EPM Automate. Proficiency in configuring process workflows for EPBCS functions (Planning, Forecasting, Security Access, Dimensions/Hierarchies maintenance, and Reports). Proficiency in configuring processing flow for ERP functions (AR, AP, GL, Assets, and Projects). Proficiency in configuring security access in Oracle Fusion and developing, designing, and maintaining OTBI and BIP reports. Experience in SQL/PLSQL and relational database knowledge preferred. Experience with financial modeling, Oracle SmartView, and SQL required. Not eligible for sponsorship.
