Software Engineer

We're looking for a Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain innovative tools that support PrimeCare Managers and our Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partners. Your work will directly improve care coordination, population health, and patient outcomes.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain secure, scalable healthcare applications and APIs.Build web-based overlays that function across multiple EHRs to record HCC, Quality, and Utilization metrics and display them at the point of care.Integrate data from EHRs, billing, and lab systems using healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR).Ensure HIPAA compliance and high data security standards.Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to deliver solutions that drive value-based care.What We're Looking ForBachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).Experience building tools/programs that can interact with multiple APIs.Knowledge of healthcare data exchange protocols and security best practices.Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.Bonus SkillsHealthcare IT or ACO project experience.Familiarity with EHR systems, interoperability platforms, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience working as a lead or solo developer building a new system, tool, or app from scratch.J-18808-Ljbffr
