Senior Project Manager (IT) – Hybrid (Boston, MA)Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: 12 MonthsWork Schedule: 40 hours/weekRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can manage cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong leadership and communication skills, and has a proven ability to manage enterprise-level IT programs.Note: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Boston. Project Leadership & Execution (40%)Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex IT projectsDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategiesManage risks, dependencies, and ensure successful executionEnsure alignment with business and technology objectives2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (20%)Act as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and leadershipDrive clear communication on project status, risks, and milestonesPresent updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums3. Team Leadership & Collaboration (15%)Lead cross-functional teams and external vendorsDefine roles, responsibilities, and drive accountabilityFoster collaboration and problem-solving culture4.
