OpenAI is seeking a U.S. Benefits Analyst to ensure our benefits programs are accurate, reliable, and easy to navigate as OpenAI scales. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and employee experience, owning core U.S. benefits operations, auditing data, reviewing vendor billing, and responding to employee questions.
