OpenAI is seeking a U.S. Benefits Analyst to ensure our benefits programs are accurate, reliable, and easy to navigate as OpenAI scales. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and employee experience, owning core U.S. benefits operations, auditing data, reviewing vendor billing, and responding to employee questions. You'll report to the U.S. Benefits Manager and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR Systems, and vendors to resolve issues and drive process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
