OperationsAssist in covering shifts as needed to fill vacancies.Serve as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team, partner with Kitchen Manager.Assist with troubleshooting facility problems. Know who to contact and when to reach out.Schedule, supervise, and inspect repairs and maintenance to ensure they are completed appropriately and in a timely fashion.Lead by example and hold teams accountable for excellence in quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, cleanliness, maintenance, and Guest service.Ensure excellent Guest Service.Hold the team accountable to proper sanitation standards and reinforce good practices.What We OfferStarting pay - $58,700 Paid Time Off (PTO) programHealth, Dental, Vision401k enrollment with company match (eligible after 1 year of service)Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 (eligible after 1 year of service)50% off of shift meals.
