The role also involves lead generation, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with franchise disclosure laws and agreements.Applicants for the Head of Franchise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in franchise sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing franchise deals, a strong understanding of franchise business models and regulations, and excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment are essential.
