Paragon Alliance Innovation is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Clearwater, FL.Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Inspector to join our Telecom team. This is a field-based position working outdoors alongside an active construction crew. Qualified candidates will receive hands-on training for their daily responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret construction blueprints to verify the scope, accuracy, and quality of work in the fieldConduct routine inspections of telecom construction activities to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standardsIdentify and document deficiencies, deviations, or safety concerns and communicate findings clearly to the field team and project leadershipMaintain accurate and thorough daily records, inspection reports, and field documentationDemonstrate a working knowledge of underground utility systems and safe digging practicesManage time effectively across multiple inspection points or job sites as neededServe as a reliable point of contact between the field crew and project managementRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience reading and interpreting construction blueprintsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of integrity, accountability, and work ethicResourceful problem-solver who can think on their feet in the fieldDependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working outdoors in varying weather and job site conditionsCompensation & Training Candidates with the relevant background will be fully trained on daily responsibilities, processes, and company standards.
