Their core purpose is to maintain the store operations in order to facilitate a seamless customer experience. An Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting company and management initiatives/direction while ensuing adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.What You'll DoPartner with Store Management to ensure positive brand representation as portrayed through product, store maintenance, and customer service.Take ownership of inventory and stock managementEnsure maximization of storage and capacity in all product and supply categoriesManage investigation and rectification of inventory discrepanciesLead the achievement of low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by ensuring consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints: receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle countsEnsure timely and consistent communication and follow up for all store maintenance issuesServe as store expert in core operational systems, educate store staff and troubleshoot technology issues in partnership with the corporate IT TeamWork with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service: Assist with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processesHave proper understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transactionPartner with store management to resolve customer service issuesManage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations programsMeet store and metric goalsEnsure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our storeMaintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and proceduresConsistently act within the core values of rag & boneIdentify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service through extensive product knowledge and operational ownershipContribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphereRules we live by | Rules you live byThe Customer Rules – 1-2 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or management positionBe a Good Human - Be original, be authenticHave No Fear - Innovate, solve problemsOwn Every Decision - Work together, get resultsQuality Matters - Be disciplined, be competitiveMake S**t HappenAvailability RequirementsThe Operations Specialst role is part-time and requires 10-15 hours per week.BenefitsClothing AllowanceGenerous Employee Discountrag & bone is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
