Special Events Rep (Seasonal)
This position is accountable for producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products, and providing quality service to retailers, businesses, civic/community/special interest groups and other entities during events organized and/or sponsored by those entities. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation of approved Company programs and policies that will result in the achievement of sales volume, promotion, Company image and merchandising goals while effectively presenting the Company's brands to the various entities and the consumerEstablishing and maintaining good relationships with entity representatives to further solidify the Company's reputation as a desirable vendor of choice for future eventsAttend selected negotiation meets with the Special Events Manager to become hyper-familiar with the commitments and obligations of the Company and the entity if the Company is selected as the vendor of choice, and will assist the Special Events Manager in ensuing those commitments are fulfilledPresent at most special events and will actively engage himself in those events to ensure both the Company and the entity are honoring the commitments made in their negotiated agreementsParticipate in all learning and coaching opportunities to develop skills, capabilities and knowledgeEnsure all banners, flyers, promotional items, and goods are obtained and/or distributedEnsure all applicable brewery policies and procedures are maintained during eventsSafely back up vehicle to trailers and deliver them to designated special event locationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh School diploma/GEDDriving record acceptable to the CompanyValid Driver's LicenseHighly self-motivated and able to work hours as required (weekends, nights, and holidays)Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.
