Clinic Coordinator Spine Center Full Time We're looking for a full-time Clinic Coordinator for our Spine Center! The Spine Center is seeking an experienced medical office team member. This position will manage referrals, assist with patient registration and demonstrate excellence in customer service. 3 years of clinic practice customer services required! GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Enters patient information, charges and billing information accurately in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and other payor requirements. Completes insurance authorizations. Sends patient statements and insurance claims in accurate, timely manner. Coordinates third party billing activity, ensures clean claims are sent, resolves billing issues, and balances claims. Functions as relief Clinic PCT as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Skills: Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills Experience: 2 years in a reception or clerical field SALARY RANGE $22.96 to $33.77/hour Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
