As a Senior Manager, Risk Analytics & Decision Science, you'll play a key role in shaping the credit strategies that power our business.You'll drive results by building and optimizing decisioning frameworks, improving model performance, and uncovering insights that directly influence approval, pricing, and portfolio outcomes. Your work will directly support our growth by making our credit decisions smarter, faster, and more scalable.This role reports to the VP of Credit Risk & Analytics and leads a team within the Risk Analytics function.Here's how your time might break down (actual time can shift depending on business needs):Decisioning Frameworks & Analytics Driving approval strategy, segmentation, and portfolio optimizationModel Performance & Optimization Improving model accuracy and business impactData Strategy & Vendor Evaluation Identifying and integrating high-value data sourcesCross-Functional Impact Supporting underwriting, finance, and product with actionable insightsYou're a Strong Fit if You:Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and can solve complex credit risk problems using dataHave proven leadership ability, including managing and developing high- performing teamsThrive in fast- paced, ambiguous environments and can prioritize effectivelyCommunicate clearly, translating technical findings into business recommendationsAre highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindsetShow curiosity and continuously seek to improve systems, models, and outcomesAdapt well in a global, distributed team environment and collaborate effectively across functionsWhat You've Done Before:Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred5 10 years of experience in credit risk analytics, preferably in small business lending, non- prime, or high- risk environments2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teamsProven success building or enhancing modern credit decisioning frameworksDemonstrated impact driving business outcomes through analytics and modelingTools and Expertise You'll Bring:Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ExcelSolid understanding of statistical modeling and model performance evaluation techniquesExperience working with large datasets and credit decisioning systemsFamiliarity with modern data platforms ( e. g., Snowflake, Databricks) and BI toolsStrong understanding of credit underwriting processes, policy design, and segmentation strategiesWe believe in a respectful, efficient, and transparent hiring experience.
