Read our story.About The OpportunityWorldly is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as SVP of Growth — a senior role with full ownership of our post-sale revenue organization spanning Customer Success and Account Management. This is a critical hire at a pivotal moment in Worldly's trajectory: we have a strong customer base, an established team with managers in place, and a real opportunity to build a best-in-class retention and expansion motion.Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the SVP of Growth will own net revenue retention end-to-end — from gross retention to expansion ARR — and will lead a 15+ person organization through its next phase of scale. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process. For candidates located outside the U.S., the salary range listed in USD will be paid in the local currency equivalent at the time of offer using the then-current exchange rate. This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base-to-incentive split. Your total earnings will be comprised of a fixed base salary, a performance-based incentive component, and participation in our Equity Stock Options Program. Compensation Range: $116K - $288K
