Lab Site ManagerLocation: Blue Ash, OH (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Salary: $120KJob Description:Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsServe as the primary on site interface between Medical Devices Client, R&D lab leadership and outsourced lab operations staff, ensuring seamless day to day execution.Lead overall laboratory operations, balancing strategic priorities with hands on issue resolution in a fast paced, regulated R&D environment.Manage workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance to ensure lab coverage, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.Oversee business operations including timekeeping, billing accuracy, utilization tracking, and financial reporting for lab services.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on lab efficiency, turnaround time, utilization, and quality metrics.Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to support product development needs.Coach and develop supervisors and key lab leaders; conduct performance reviews and support succession planning.Implement standardized workflows, scheduling tools, and operational best practices across on site and remote/offshore lab capabilities.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements typical of medical device R&D laboratories.Act as a change leaderadapting to evolving lab demands, scaling operations, and supporting long term lab modernization strategy.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
