Job titleD365 F&O Solution Architect – Up to 175K – Must be US based – RemoteJust to confirm, this role is not offering sponsorship currently and we are not considering C2C arrangements at this stage.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Solution Architect (Dynamics 365) with strong experience in the apparel, fashion, or retail industry to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.This role will involve translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while leading end-to-end system architecture in a high transaction volume environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of IT.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutionsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutionsDefine integrations with PLM, warehouse management, e-commerce, and POS systemsOversee development teams, code reviews, and best practice enforcementGuide system configuration, customization, and environment setupLead integration strategy with third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, ERP platforms)Define and manage data migration strategies (product, vendor, inventory, customer data)Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrityAct as technical lead across full implementation lifecycle (design through go-live)Support project planning, risk management, and delivery timelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to validate architecture and design decisionsSupport training, documentation, and post-go-live optimisationExperience10 years ERP implementation experience, including 4 years with Dynamics 365 F&O in a lead/architect roleProven delivery of at least two full-cycle D365 F&O implementationsStrong experience within apparel, fashion, or retail industriesExpertise in supply chain, order management, inventory, and financial processesExperience with integrations (Azure Logic Apps, APIs, OData, Power Platform)Strong knowledge of product variants, BOMs, and apparel-specific business logicExperience with D365 ISVs (e.g., SKG, Avalara, Vertex, FastPath, DocCentric, SPS Commerce)Familiarity with tools such as LCS, DevOps, and Data Management FrameworkExperience with PLM and planning systems (e.g., Logility, OMP)Working knowledge of Power BIStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with global supply chains, EDI, and 3PL integrations preferredMicrosoft certifications (MB300, MB310, MB320, MB330, MB340, MB700, etc.) beneficialSalary/Package150,000 – 175,000 (DOE)401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceFlexible spending accountEmployee discountGenerous paid time offLocationRemote – US Based – must be willing work PST or Mountain time.How to ApplyApply with your CV to be considered for this position.
