Whether you’re passionate about fine dining, cocktail crafting, or creating memorable moments for guests, this position is perfect for someone who loves hospitality and thrives on delivering top-tier service. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as clover * Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine and spirits knowledge, to enhance guest experience and promote upselling opportunities * Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation * Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing, while adhering to cash handling procedures * Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety standards * Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours * Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, handle special requests professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly *Requirements* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus * Strong knowledge of POS systems such as clover POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests * Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently * Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques * Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash securely * Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment; understanding of sanitation standards essential * Previous experience in roles such as host/hostess or busser is beneficial but not required * Passion for the food industry with a keen interest in culinary trends and guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
