Client Training Consultant
Job Description: Deliver engaging on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software, fostering customer confidence and trust.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Provide expert advice to dealership management on best practices for system setup and software usage, ensuring compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws.Collaborate closely with dealership management to gather critical data for decision-making and reporting.Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet their specific reporting needs.Ensure the successful completion of the onsite training plan by monitoring progress throughout the installation week.Requirements: 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience required, including roles in Service and/or Parts management.2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience preferred.Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.Strong experience in training and presenting, both in group settings and one-on-one.Excellent communication skills, including effective phone communication.Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. xevrcycBenefits: Traveling 75% of the timeEngage in on-site consultation and training
