Qualifications:US citizens with the ability to obtain a secret clearance Certificate required: Environment Control (HVAC) Associate Preferred: Environment Control (HVAC) Facility Engineer: 6 - 8 years' job-related experience Universal CFC certification required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, forward thinking, and best practices Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint Responsibilities:Operating facilities critical assets, repair and renewal of - Chillers and chilled water systems, CRAC units, RTU's, Triangle Tube boilers and heating water systems, fireman system and control panels, elevators and inspections, potable water systems, pumps and motors Daily building and energy optimization using Siemens Desigo BAS Operates Tririga LM Buildings CMMS systems for work orders, PM's, FCA's, projects, inventory, operation maintenance, and risk assessments Negotiate contracts and relationships with contractors and suppliers Project management of mechanical systems replacement – capital and non-capital Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams Manage cost savings and energy programs from Colorado State funds, Colorado Springs Utilities, Go Green program, clients' programs, and consultants Ability to write SOW's, RFP's, Mop's as needed for projects Other duties as assigned or required xywuqvp by the scope of work US citizens with the ability to obtain a secret clearance Ability to respond to facility emergencies as needed About our Company :DataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
