Team lead - Sr. Development Lead- Java Responsibilities: Lead a team of 6 plus Java Developers Design Multi-tier Architecture using Java/JEE , ensuring high decoupling Utilize Enterprise Integration and JEE Application Design Patterns for integrating heterogenous systems, ensuring reliable messaging and transactional integrity Implement distributed cache systems using solutions like Redis and object relational datastores such as Hibernate, to improve application responsiveness Use advanced Javascript frame works like React for front-end development with Responsive Design Integrate advanced authentication such as OAuth2.0 an/or OpenID Implement encryption algorithms (AES or RSA, etc)) Use Kafka for streaming data processing and/or alert ingestion Create CI/CD Pipelines with understanding of ETL tools and practices Qualifications: 10 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture Understanding of ML/AI Concepts Experience leading a team of at least 6 Java Developers History of extensive Stakeholder interaction **PLEASE NOTE: This position is Hybrid in Hanover New Jersey.
