What's the role?The Team:The Corporate Strategy team is a high performing team that focuses on defining HERE's long-term global strategy to maximize valuation and solving key strategic questions across HERE's global business. The HERE Corporate Strategy team works closely with C-suite executive and functional leaders on strategy development. Our key efforts include:Lead key strategic projects to identify growth opportunities or address competitive threats and support decision making for C-suite and the BoardDevelop corporate strategy to support capital allocation for revenue growth and maximizing company valuationIdentification and evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships that can support or extend HERE's strategyThe Role:HERE is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to play a key role in developing HERE's strategy. Your main responsibilities will be:Lead strategy projects and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product and Finance teamsDevelop and present strategic insights and findings to C-suite executives for decision makingCreate alignment on strategic recommendations and shape the path to executionStructure complex problems, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insightsWho are you?You have passion for Technology, experience with developing long-term corporate strategy and enjoy solving complex business problemsMinimal 4 years work experience of which:1-2 years at a Management Consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain), or3-4 years at Technology Consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte), or4+ years in Corporate Strategy role in Technology sectorMBA from a top tier universityAbility to work highly independent with regular engagement and direction from senior leaders in the companyAbility to synthesize solutions based on thoughtful analysis (both quantitatively and qualitatively)Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis to support strategy decision makingWhat do you get?An opportunity to work with exceptional peopleCollaborative, supportive colleagues in an inclusive environmentMeaningful problems to solveFreedom to decide how to perform your jobVariety in the types of projectsSalary range: $150,000 - $160,000Hybrid position - Chicago OfficeHERE is an equal opportunity employer.
