If the deadline is extended, we will update this job posting accordingly.Location: Chamblee, GA (North Atlanta)ResponsibilitiesRole Overview: What You'll Be DoingThe Crew Logistics Coorinator is responsible for booking all travel, hotel accommodations, airline travel on/off tour, training travel and rental car scheduling, among other duties for Wheels Up crew members.Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Coordinate airline travel, ground transportation, and rental car arrangements for crew members, including on/off tour and training travelMonitor travel itineraries to proactively identify and resolve conflicts, delays, or last-minute changesMaintain accurate crew travel records and documentation in internal systemsCommunicate closely with Crew Scheduling, Training, Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless logisticsSupport irregular operations (IROPs) by quickly adjusting travel plans as neededEnsure compliance with company travel policies and cost-control guidelinesAssist with special projects, audits, or process improvements related to crew logistics and travel efficiencyAny additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the role's direct reportQualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification RequirementsWe're looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, operations support, or customer serviceExperience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentValid driver's licenseThe Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:Prior experience in aviation, crew scheduling, airline operations, or corporate travel managementFamiliarity with airline booking tools, hotel reservation systems, and travel management platformsExperience supporting 24/7 or shift-based operationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneouslyDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applicationsExperience collaborating across departments in an operational environmentPhysical RequirementsWe want to make sure you're fully equipped for success. The compensation for this role ranges from $48,000/Yr. to $60,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don't typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table.
