Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the café, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others as needed in the kitchen or front of house operations.
