Job#: 2039803Job Description:Project Manager, HR (Remote/Flexible) Job DetailsPosition OverviewWe are looking for highly motivated, performance driven individual who will be a key member of our Talent Management and Organizational Development Center of Excellence. This CoE encompasses a focus on leading key global, enterprise organizational structure and culture transformations, building our enterprise pipeline of talent, performance management, leadership development, learning, team effectiveness, and change management. This role will be critical to managing complex, global and transformational programs for the enterprise through a strategic approach to planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables from concept through to launch. This individual will work in collaboration with senior executives, HR and business teams and demonstrate program ownership in driving key initiatives to completion and impact. This role will also be a key partner with the Global VP & Head of the CoE in managing the operations across the CoE team.ResponsibilitiesRecognized as an expert in leading complex projects and programs, you will manage, consult, facilitate, and assess the business needs and determine the best approach to effectively manage global projects from start to finish. You will also work across boundaries, functions, and geographies and will work with external consultants where needed to support the work.Program Management for Key Initiatives and Enterprise New Ways of WorkingCreates and manages an integrated project plan connecting the various streams of work related to the new Enterprise Operating Model, Culture and Ways of working.Creates and manages other key global company and CoE initiatives integrating with Organizational Development, Talent, and Learning implications.Creates project, risk mitigation, and communication plans, identify resource requirements, identify project costs, and create other project deliverablesProactively raises red flags, issues and challenges; providing solutions to speedy resolution.Ensures effective stakeholder management and communications within and across teams.Builds relationships and effective partnerships with key business leaders and executivesSchedules and facilitates cross-functional meetings and Steering Committee meetings.Provides appropriate tools and regular reports to effectively provide transparency on team progress and drive timely delivery. Leverages digitally enabled tools.Serves as the face of our CoE with stakeholders throughout the projectEffectively leads enterprise project teams in a collaborative environment, completing project deliverables per target timelines, scope and budget.Prepare and deliver project status presentations to Management regularly.Oversee all workstream activities required for assigned initiatives and ensure integration of efforts is aligned and seamless.Supports with the preparation of presentations, with ability to ‘tell a story’ in the slides.Supports with scheduling as needed for key meetings and initiativesProgram & Operations Management for Center of ExcellencePartners closely with the Global VP & Head of Talent, Culture & Diversity in effectively managing the programs and initiatives across the Center of Excellence.Creates and manages a full-CoE view of key projects and deliverables across the CoE; tracks regularly and leads team overviews and update discussions.Identifies key integration points across the team areas of accountability, creating an integrated plan to support delivery, change management and the needs of our stakeholders.Schedules, prepares for and leads CoE LT team meetings weeklyCreates a rhythm and advanced planning for stakeholder presentations integrating across the team areas of accountability which includes talent, performance, learning, OD, culture and org structure.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree10 years+ of overall work experience with 5 years of demonstrated experience in leading program and project management globally.Demonstrated experience as a Program and/or Project Manager for global, complex initiatives.Experience with OD and/or Learning a plusExperience working in a highly matrixed, fast-moving organization.Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions globally.Ability to manage through high complexity and ambiguityExperience facilitating large meetings with senior leadersAbility to build and drive scalable solutions.Highly collaborative and results driven.Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and Excel skillsExperience leveraging data analytics to identify insights, trends, and key actions to continue to strengthen our existing programs.Skills/Competencies:Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skillsDemonstrated proficiency in project/program management.Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project; Smartsheets; Strong ability to put together PowerPoint presentations with key graphics that ‘tell a story’.Action oriented self-starter who can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight.Agile and flexible, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Ability to be empathetic, yet courageous and firm, with challenging customers, and to be persistent in reminding both customers and implementers of outstanding action items/needs.Exercises good judgement, political savvy and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.Prior experience working in OD or Learning or within a Talent CoE a plusPrior experience working in a regulated environment such as Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical a plus.Some travel may be required, approximately 10%NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
