Controls EngineerDEVELOP LLC | Verona, WI | Full-time, In Person$90,000 - $130,000 per year About DEVELOPDEVELOP LLC designs and builds custom machines and robotic integrations for manufacturers across the country. What You'll Be Doing:
- Create, review, and test the machine code that runs automated manufacturing cells
- Work side by side with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and assembly teams so hardware and software come together cleanly
- Solve problems as they come up: figure out why things work, and fix what doesn'tIf you like seeing what you design get built and shipped, this role fits. If you prefer handing things off with no follow-up, this is not the place.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years programming PLCs in ladder logic or structured text
- Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCsBackground in manufacturing, robotics, and/or machine building
- Ability to define and test technical requirements
- Comfortable working around machines, tools, and shop environments
- Curiosity, ownership, and pride in work that runs in production
Nice to HaveS:
- CADA experience
- Familiarity with common electromechanical systems
