Job Description We're looking for a few great people to join our small but mighty kitchen teams at both of our Nashville locations. At Nicoletto's, prep cooks are the backbone of what we do—bringing consistency, care, and attention to detail to every batch of fresh pasta, sauce, and topping. You'll help keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and ready so service runs smoothly every day. We're a family-owned Italian kitchen focused on high-quality pasta and building a strong sense of community. We're looking for team players who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and leave the ego at the door. We're open 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options.Dinner is pasta time—so evening and weekend availability is important.
