Litigation Paralegal

Dynamic plaintiff firm seeks an experienced paralegal to assist with its burgeoning and diverse docket. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and passionate self starter:*proficient in complex personal injury cases (non car wrecks),*able to work independently with minimal supervision but also as part of a team,*capable of overseeing the firm's transition to Smart Advocate case management software, and*proficient in implementing controls and standard operating procedure.The firm is located in Montrose and, being just over two years old, has the feel of a \"start up.\" This is not a \"facetime\" environment; employees enjoy flexible schedules and the ability to work remotely so long as work is timely completed. Compensation is results oriented with high upside for the driven: low base salary with lucrative performance bonuses when a case resolves. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
