Associate Account Manager
As an Associate Account Manager, you will work under the direction of an Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager to execute the growth strategies for key retail and e-commerce accounts, to develop your own capabilities to lead your own accounts in the future. Under the direction of other Managers, you will drive the overall strategy for your accounts and handle day-to-day account management tasks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Account Revenue and Profitability GrowthKEY ACTIVITIES:Account Management & Relationship BuildingManage product listings & content managementSet up and optimize product listings across retailer platforms (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).Ensure listings comply with retailer specifications and policies.Work with marketing teams to improve product positioning and visibility.Promotions & Marketing SupportPlan and execute retailer-specific promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, seasonal events).Collaborate with digital marketing teams on advertising efforts for retailer sites.Ensure promotional pricing updates are implemented correctly and on time.Sales Performance & ReportingTrack and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards on account performance.Use insights from sales data to recommend pricing adjustments, promotions, and new product introductions.Project Management & Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with internal teams and external 3rd parties (marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations.Manage timelines for product launches, ensuring all assets and logistics are aligned.Oversee retailer-specific product development (exclusive SKUs, custom packaging, etc.).Order & Fulfillment OversightManage return rates and address any fulfillment-related disputes with retailers.Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and retailer demand.Work with warehouses and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.Prevent stockouts and overstocks by proactively managing purchase orders.Maintain compliance with retailer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for order fulfillment.Compliance & Retailer RequirementsStay updated on retailer policies and ensure all requirements are met (EDI compliance, chargebacks, MAP pricing enforcement).Handle retailer audits, certifications, and compliance documentation.Work with legal and operations teams to ensure all retailer agreements are followed.REQUIREMENTS: Highly accountableResults-driven & Growth-MindedResilient and adaptableSelf-motivated and self-managingExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Preference for experience in retail and e-commerce operations, including sales, merchandising, and fulfillment processes, or experience in consumer goods or related industries.Atlanta GeorgiaUp to 5% TravelWHY JOIN DISCOVER NIGHT?Work with an innovative, growing brand in the luxury skincare beauty industry.Autonomy and ownership to drive change and growth.Ability to control your own compensationCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Direct impact on financial strategy, profitability, and operational efficiencies.BENEFITS 401 (k) Program with 3% ContributionMedical, dental, and vision insurance, including a health savings accountProducts and wellness perksAPPLY TODAYSubmit your information below, and we'll get in touch with you.
