With deep industry expertise and a proven track record of closed transactions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and creating value-driven opportunities for buyers.The Role: Senior M&A AdvisorWe are seeking a driven professional with proven experience in deal sourcing, private equity, investment banking, or high-volume outbound business development in healthcare services. This role is ideal for someone energized by building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving deal flow in the healthcare M&A space.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and qualify healthcare business owners exploring a sale.Build and manage a pipeline of transaction-ready opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage outreach, and ensure seamless execution across the deal cycle.Collaborate with senior advisors to advance sellers through the transaction process and match them with qualified buyers.What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in private equity deal origination, investment banking, or outbound business development. Experience in a healthcare verticals is strongly preferred.Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and create momentum toward a transaction.Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented - thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, or related).Prior sourcing, origination, or outbound sales experience required.Ability to work full-time from our Austin office (Monday–Friday).CompensationBase Salary: starting at $75,000 (commensurate with experience).Uncapped commission structure - multiple six-figure earning potential for top performers.Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision).Paid time off: 10 paid holidays + 10 PTO days first year, moves up to 15 for the second year.How to ApplySubmit your resume via LinkedIn to apply.
