SQL Database Administrator (DBA)

SQL Database Administrator We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to support and improve our data environments, reporting capabilities, and overall database performance. This role will work hands?on with SQL databases while partnering closely with internal teams to strengthen long?term data practices.Duration: 6–12+ months, with potential to extend or convert Location: hybrid in Dinwiddie, VA; 2-days days onsite per weekPay Rate: $45-$60/hr +/- ResponsibilitiesAdminister, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databasesImplement performance tuning, security, and best practicesConsolidate and organize data sources for reliable data managementDevelop and support reporting using SSRS, SSIS, and T?SQLCollaborate with internal teams and participate in technical discussionsProvide knowledge transfer and upskill internal staff over timeRequired QualificationsProven experience as a SQL Database Administrator (7+ years)Strong skills in SQL Server, T?SQL, SSRS, and SSISAbility to explain technical concepts clearly and work cross?functionallyPeoplelink LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
