Engineer With Solid Test Equipment Design ExperienceAn Engineer with solid Test Equipment Design experience. A successful candidate will be able to assess the current test implementation and perform the equipment/software update and release for improved effectiveness and process efficiency. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Work effectively within established schedules individually and within teamsProjects will include development of software to automate production testingUse various types of test and measurement equipmentDesign and fabricate manufacturing test equipment and test methodsDevelop and execute validations and verifications on products and subsystemsRead schematics and assess PCB DFT (Design for Test) needsTroubleshoot PCBs and Test EquipmentPosition may involve reliability testing and failure analysis of electrical and mechanical systems such as fluidics, pneumatics, optics, etc.SkillsSoftware: Intermediate to advanced programming skills in LabVIEW, C++, C#Experience with PCB design & testExperience with various types of test and measurement equipmentSome electronics design and analysis experience, including power supplies, motor control, digital controls and sensor conditioningMicrosoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPointFlexible and well organized with initiativeExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAdept at working effectively within established schedules individually and within teams in a hands-on engineering environmentLanguagesEnglish (Speak, Read, Write)EducationBSEE or BSCS with a minimum 5 years hands-on development experience
