Maintainance Supervisor

Maintenance Manager and general staff needed for large private waterfront home. Duties include: hands-on daily upkeep of the property, plan preventative maintenance and keep schedule, coordinate staff and interior department, arrange and oversee outside contractors (pool, landscape, hvac, exterminator, etc.). A high degree of detail and discretion as this is a private home. Requirements include: eligibility to work in the U.S., excellent English, experience with large scale mechanical systems (pumps, generator, hvac), ability to work hands-on and direct others, skilled to make small repairs to low volt electrical (outdoor lights), sprinklers, paint touch-up, etc. Mac, Word, Excel, Outlook, and calendars.
