Full Stack Engineer (React/Node)

Optomi, in partnership with a massive telecommunications company, is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join an innovative technology team. This hybrid role, based in Dallas, offers the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site collaboration. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and services, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for our web applications using React, Node.js, and Nest JS.Database Management: Design and manage database schemas using MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.Cloud Services Integration: Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its various services for optimal performance and scalability.Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Kubernetes (AKS) for container orchestration to manage deployment, scaling, and operations of application containers.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues across the stack to ensure the stability and performance of applications.Must-Have Skills:MySQL: Proficient in designing and managing complex database schemas and queries.Nest JS: Strong experience in building scalable server-side applications.React: Expertise in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.Node.js: In-depth knowledge of server-side JavaScript development.Azure: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including deployment and management.Kubernetes (AKS): Proficiency in using Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.Demonstrated expertise in MySQL, Nest JS, React, Node.js, Azure, and Kubernetes (AKS).Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
