Role Description This is a full-time role for a Junior Java Developer based on-site in Delhi, OH. The Junior Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user requirements, collaborating with team members, conducting unit testing, debugging, and improving application performance. Additionally, the role will contribute to the design and development of scalable APIs and backend services as part of a dynamic software development team. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of Java programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and data structures.Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate and tools related to Java development.Understanding of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Prior internship or experience in Java development is a plus.Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control systems like Git would be advantageous.
