This is a full-time benefitted onsite position (5 days a week) based in the Lakewood, CO area.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online productsDocument customer interactions in a tracking systemHandle fax, e-mail and phone inquiriesTrack calls and service requestsEscalate problem calls to other service providersOccasional warehouse product management supportPerform other tasks as assignedAt least 6 months of customer interaction experiencePhone sales or support experience is preferredExperience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferredExperience providing support to end users on web site navigation idealExcellent customer service and phone etiquette skills requiredExcellent communications and interpersonal skills requiredAstor & Sanders Corporation (www.astor-sanders.com) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
