The company is also a certified Great Place to Work , reflecting its commitment to culture, growth, and long-term investment in employees.Job DescriptionThe Safety Superintendent - DC Metro will:Conduct job hazard analyses and provide safety orientations for subcontractors across multiple active sites.Ensure safety training programs fully comply with company standards, OSHA regulations, and all applicable safety laws.Partner closely with site supervisors and project managers to identify safety risks, implement corrective actions, and resolve safety-related challenges.Lead on-site coordination related to inspections, scheduling, quality control, and overall jobsite safety.Maintain and document all safety records, incident reports, and compliance-related materials.Work across multiple jobsites daily, supporting a diverse portfolio of active construction projects.Collaborate directly with the Safety Director and join an existing team of two safety professionals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
