This role can be fully remote, giving you flexibility while engaging with industries such as aerospace.Why This Role?Impactful work: Help industries adopt high-performance engineered materials and composites that support sustainability goals.Flexibility: Work remotely with travel of 25–35% for customer visits, plant tours, and industry events.Collaboration: Partner with technical and R&D teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.Career growth: Build expertise at the intersection of sales, engineering, and sustainable materials.Hands-on technical engagement: Work directly with composites fabrication, testing, and applications, influencing real-world solutions.What You’ll DoDrive a mix of new business development and account management, managing and growing a portfolio of accounts across multiple sectors.Lead technical discussions with customers around material specifications, performance requirements, and sustainability goals.Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with material performance attributes such as:Provide input to product development teams based on customer feedback and emerging market needs.Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and training sessions.What We’re Looking For3–7 years of B2B technical sales experience in composites, or engineered products. Composites experience is a must.Hands-on experience with composite fabrication, testing, or applications.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.Self-starter who thrives in a remote or flexible work environment and can manage independent sales pipelines.Willingness to travel 25–35% for client meetings, plant visits, or trade events.Education & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Materials Science or CompositesStrong ability to understand and communicate material properties, performance specifications, composite applications, and sustainability benefits.What Success Looks LikeWithin 6–12 months you will:Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers in engineered and sustainable material solutions.Deliver measurable sales growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.Provide meaningful insights to R&D and product development teams that shape future innovations.
