In this role you will work directly with the customer leading the evaluation process to select, implement, and maintain on-premise and Azure cloud application solutions for the organization.Successful candidates will be strong technically, have previous experience supporting the development, launch and maintenance of multiple technology solutions following defined implementation frameworks and best practices for handoff to operations.ResponsibilitesResponsible for the management and oversight of the team handling development for FEMA programs, providing direction and assignments that align to project schedules and milestonesLead the end-to-end delivery of solutions to include initial requirements, design, testing and deploymentProvide thought leadership while managing the team that is responsible for all aspects of technology strategy, design, architecture, adoption, new service onboarding and operations.Manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to customer and project stakeholders.Oversee technical discussions with senior client executives that drive decisions and implementation.Drive collaboration across security, engineering, and network teams to ensure unified solution architectureWillingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary, owner mentalityProvide cost and budget managementEnsure continued service delivery in accordance with the service level requirements, regardless of changing or fluctuating workload or personnel availabilityImprove processes by facilitating performance planning and alignmentProvide a business model for ensuring that the Government’s requirements are metProvide Quality Assurance and Surveillance PlanRecommend new technologies and processes to FEMA throughout the life of the call order to ensure delivery of the best value products or servicesAccountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery as well as successful overall project completionPerform research and data collection in support of associated strategic tasksIdentify new business opportunities within the scope of the contractSupport the development of ROMs, pricing, and technical proposalsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environmentFlexible schedule and ability to be on callSupervise, motivate, develop and direct staff in successful execution of their assigned task areasEmploy strong communication skills to direct skilled technical / programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review program documentsEnsure the timely recruitment and training of task order staffQualificationsRequired:Ability to attain FEMA EODBA/BS + 15 years’ applicable experience, or MA + 12 years’ applicable experienceCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum MasterExperience in software development programs and with cloud environmentsPassionate about team member development and working with internal and external partnersKnowledge of deploying and maintaining applicationsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment where change is expected, resources are lean, and speed of execution is valued.Skill in establishing plans, objectives and goals that support an overall business strategy.Skill in gathering information, resource organization, project/task prioritization and schedule development.Skill in providing exceptional customer service in complex, large systems/environments.DesiredPrevious FEMA or DHS experienceThe following certifications is highly desired: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma Green or Black BeltWhat You Can Expect A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
