Senior Accountant

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join the Revenue Accounting team. This role will play a key part in managing revenue recognition, reconciliations, partner revenue share processes, and ERP system configurations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead contract and revenue share setups within Oracle ERP systems to ensure accurate revenue and expense recognitionManage and validate Oracle data feeds, revenue share accruals, invoicing, and reconciliationsPrepare journal entries, monthly reporting, and account reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple financial data sourcesCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Product, Retail, Reporting, and external partnersSupport process improvements, automation initiatives, and robotics implementation (Automation Anywhere RPA tools)Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesSupport new product launches by validating AR and revenue share system builds and testingRequired Qualifications3+ years of accounting or reconciliation experiencePublic accounting experience requiredStrong understanding of US GAAPAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience handling large data setsExperience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBSExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldBig 4 / Big 8 public accounting experience preferred*** Pay Range- $40.00 - $49.00/hourBenefits InfoRussell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
