To apply to this role please send your resume to john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0mJob Description:Take a lead role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closesAssist in preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.)Prepare and post journal entriesIdentify and lead AI-driven process improvement projects across the accounting and reporting cycle, including automating recurring tasks and building efficiencies in financial statement preparationReview financials and NAV packs provided by accounting administratorCoordinate quarterly and annual reporting requirements, as well as tax requirementsCoordinate with cash management group to execute cash transactions (investor subscriptions, investor distributions, invoice payment, quarterly fees etc)Quarterly financial analysis, including review of investment accounting informationJob Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of real estate accountingBachelor’s Degree in AccountingCPA designation is strongly preferredTo apply to this role please send your resume to john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0mOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
