NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Copilot SME to join our client’s team. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.RequirementsPrior experience with Microsoft Copilot and tenant readiness assessmentsStrong experience running Copilot implementations, ensuring readiness across security, compliance, and data architectureExperience evaluating SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and related M365 workloadsExperience designing, reviewing, and validating Microsoft 365 Copilot security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft EntraAbility to present technical findings and recommendations clearly to senior technical and executive audiencesResponsibilitiesAssess Microsoft 365 tenants for Copilot readiness across identity, security, compliance, and data architectureEvaluate M365 workloads to understand content structure, sharing, governance, and accessAnalyze collaboration and usage patterns to determine Copilot effectiveness and safetyIdentify risks related to oversharing, legacy permissions, unmanaged content, and fragmented informationProduce clear readiness assessments with actionable remediation recommendationsReview and validate security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and EntraGuide customers on balancing security controls with accessibility for optimal Copilot valueAct as a technical SME for Copilot deployment, configuration, and governanceSupport deployment planning, licensing, and readiness validationEvaluate automation and extensibility options, collaborating on scalable solutionsLead customer discovery workshops and facilitate structured discussions on readiness, risks, and platform maturityPresent technical findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholdersNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
