The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a strong technical operator who enjoys being close to the work while leading high-performing teams.What You’ll DoDefine and execute an engineering strategy aligned with broader business objectives Drive adoption of modern technologies, including AI-driven development, automation, and cloud-native architectures Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems Implement best practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, and system reliability Manage and reduce technical debt while maintaining long-term platform health Establish and track key performance metrics across engineering (velocity, quality, reliability) Promote secure and compliant development practices across the organization Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, including managing managers and fostering a high-performance culture What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in software engineering 7+ years of leadership experience, including managing multiple teams or managers Strong technical background with hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, CI/CD, and containerization Proven experience driving Agile and DevOps transformations Experience with AI/ML or automation initiatives within engineering environments Ability to translate technical vision into execution and measurable business outcomes Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
