This executive will oversee one of the organization’s most strategically important regions, with responsibility for operational performance, growth execution, physician engagement, and value based care outcomes across a large and expanding multi-site network.This is a high visibility leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare operator who thrives in complex, fast growth environments and has a proven track record leading large scale ambulatory or physician services organizations within risk based care models.The organization is actively scaling through both organic growth and acquisitions, creating a unique opportunity to help shape market strategy, integration execution, and long term enterprise value creation.Position OverviewReporting directly to executive leadership, the Market President will have full P&L accountability for the North Florida market and oversee a large physician network spanning primary care, specialty care, ancillary services, and newly integrated provider groups.The role requires a highly operational leader capable of balancing strategic growth initiatives with hands-on execution across clinics, providers, and support functions.
