There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at Natus Neuro.Job Title: Global HRIS Manager Location: Remote, central or eastern time zone preferredRole SummaryThe Global HRIS Manager is the strategic owner of the Dayforce platform and accountable for how HR technology enables the business. This role serves as the Dayforce Product Owner and Business Owner, translating business needs into a clear system roadmap and ensuring work is delivered in a disciplined, predictable, and customer-focused way.The Global HRIS Manager partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to ensure Dayforce is stable, optimized, and continuously improving. This role leads HRIS-related initiatives end-to-end, acting as the project manager for Dayforce workstreams while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and accountability.The Global HRIS Manager is supported by a Global HRIS Analyst, forming a tightly integrated team with clear division of responsibilities: the Manager owns strategy, prioritization, and delivery; the Analyst owns execution and day-to-day system stability.Key ResponsibilitiesDayforce Product Ownership & StrategyServe as the Product Owner and Business Owner for DayforceDefine and maintain the Dayforce roadmap aligned to HR, Payroll, and business prioritiesBalance short-term operational needs with longer-term optimization and scalabilityEnsure Dayforce is used as a strategic asset rather than a transactional systemProject Management & DeliveryAct as the project manager for HRIS-related initiatives and enhancementsOwn scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery for Dayforce workstreamsCoordinate across HR Services, Payroll, HRBPs, IT, and external vendorsEnsure commitments are realistic, clearly communicated, and delivered as promisedPartner with central Project Management for larger enterprise initiatives, while retaining accountability for the Dayforce scopeBusiness Partnership & Customer FocusPartner with HR Services as a primary customer of HRIS, ensuring visible momentum and continuous improvementWork with the Business Liaison to intake, refine, and prioritize business needsTranslate business requirements into system design and configuration decisionsEnsure solutions are practical, scalable, and focused on improving user experience for managers, employees, and HR teamsGovernance, Risk & Change ManagementEstablish and enforce governance for configuration, enhancements, and releasesLead UAT, regression testing, and release readiness for Dayforce updates and patchesProactively identify and mitigate payroll, compliance, and data integrity risksEnsure change is introduced in a controlled, well-communicated mannerVendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage the Dayforce vendor relationship, including support cases and escalationsCoordinate with Payroll on complex processing issues and upcoming changesServe as the escalation point for critical system issuesCommunicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholdersTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and support the Global HRIS Analyst, providing direction, prioritization, and coachingEnsure clear division of labor while fostering a highly collaborative partnershipCreate operating rhythms that promote speed, clarity, and accountabilityBuild documentation, standards, and repeatable processesWhat Success Looks LikeHR Services experiences faster resolution, fewer repeat issues, and clearer answersPayroll outcomes are consistently accurate, predictable, and well-supportedHRIS projects are delivered on time with clear ownership and minimal surprisesDayforce functionality is actively optimized and well-governedReduced reliance on external consultants and workaroundsBusiness leaders see HR technology as an enabler, not a bottleneckRequired Qualifications5+ years’ experience in HRIS including owning and managing an HRIS SystemSubject matter expert in Dayforce with strong understanding of HR Talent modules, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, and Reporting/Dashboard developmentHands-on Dayforce configuration and module implementation experienceDemonstrated global experience leading HRIS projects and system enhancementsStrong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports or leading technical teamsTravel Requirement: 0 – 15% domestic or internationalPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting payroll processing and compliance-sensitive environmentsFamiliarity with HRIS governance models and release managementExperience working closely with HR Services, Payroll, and HR Operations teamsPay Transparency: Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
