Job Title: Senior Manager, BI Analytics & ReportingLocation: Webster, MA - Hybrid schedule (Flexible)Compensation: $120k-180k base Company Overview:An established P&C Insurance company that is building their high level technology team and is looking to bring on a Senior Manager on their AI Analytics & Reporting team. This person would lead a new team of four data analysts and must have extremely strong leadership and managerial skills. This role is highly hands-on and oversees the execution of data insight initiatives while communicating the analytic findings and business impacts to key stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Lead development and delivery of insight-driven dashboards and reporting using BI tools, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory standardsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions that drive data-informed decisionsGuide and mentor analysts, elevating team capabilities and overseeing work to ensure high-quality outputs and successful execution of data initiativesProvide direction on data usage, visualization strategy, and storytelling to communicate insights and business impact effectivelyDrive planning and execution of analytics initiatives by anticipating future needs, while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contributions Required qualifications:Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and SnowflakeLeadership experience (has had a team of direct reports)Previously working at a P&C carrier with experience supporting Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Information Technology, Product, Actuarial, Business Development, or Advanced AnalyticsStrong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects arising from various functional areas simultaneously If you meet the qualifications for this role, please apply now!
