Travel Speech Pathology - East Stroudsburg, PA

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in educational settings with a focus on pediatric populations, including students with autism. This full-time travel opportunity is located in East Stroudsburg, PA, offering a dynamic school environment spanning kindergarten through fifth grade.Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language therapy services as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) following individualized education plans (IEPs).Manage a caseload of approximately 37 students, with potential to reach 47, providing related services rather than serving as primary case manager.Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners, including a significant population of students with autism.Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to enhance communication outcomes.Potentially supervise or work alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs).Qualifications and Experience:Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).Experience in school-based speech-language services, especially with pediatric and autism populations.Familiarity with educational assessments and related service delivery models.Ability to manage a sizable caseload with efficiency and professionalism.Strong communication and collaboration skills tailored to a school team setting.Position Details:Location: East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.Setting: Travel assignment serving two schools within the district.Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:20 AM to 3:50 PM.Duration: Starting April 1st through the end of the school year.
