We are Hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician!

Job Title: HVAC Apprentice
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available
What you will be doing:
Learning service and maintenance for HVAC systems
Learning installation
Working with and learning form a journeyman
Residential and light commercial
General labor work
Customer service
Gaining hand on training and industry certifications
EPA Certifications
NATE Certifications
Carrier Factory training
Qualifications / Skills:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
6 months of HVAC experience, or combination of education and experience
Construction experience desired
Customer service
Good customer service skills
Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
