Candidates should be licensed in the State of Kentucky and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner.Position Type: Full Time, 1.0 FTESalary Range: $110,000 Base + Quality/Patient Satisfaction Bonus up to 10% of base salary + Production Incentive Opportunity
